In this episode of This Daring Adventure podcast, we're talking about mind management. You'll learn how having greater awareness about the thoughts and feelings that often dictate our lives can change how we show up in our lives and ultimately, by choosing how we want to think and feel will create the amazing results we want for ourselves.
Essentially, there are three layers of influence on our thoughts: evolutionary biology, early life experiences, and societal norms. By becoming aware of these influences and intentionally changing our thoughts, we can fundamentally alter our emotional responses and life outcomes.
I provide some practical tips on how to reframe negative thoughts and manage emotions to live a more empowered and fulfilling life, and I encourage you to see your thoughts as changeable and to practice new, more positive thoughts consistently.
