Enneagram Expert Myrna Scales Explains How to Use Eneagrams to Help Navigate Life's Challenges

This episode of "Ask the Experts" features enneagram expert Myrna Scales. After her 4-month old son was diagnosed with cancer, Myrna discovered an inability to process what was happening--she was essentially closed off. She started asking herself hard questions while navigating through the challenge, and the journey led her to the Enneagram personality assessment, where she discovered a natural calling. She was able to use the enneagram information to help her cope not only with her son's diagnosis (who is in remission and healthy now, 4 years later), but also to improve communication with her husband, and overall emerge much stronger in many ways.

Myrna discusses the 9 types of personalities, how to find your "wings" of your personality type, where and how to take the test if you're interested, and how to use the information in your personal life, career and relationships.

After her experience, Myrna knew she was meant to help others discover the value of this information, so she became a certified enneagram coach.
