Tim Tymo. The name brings terror to the hearts of thrash music listeners. He's a beast on guitar, a beast on stage, and a gentle lion in person. Tim hails from Alberta Canada, which explains the gentle lion part.
He's also been very outspoken about his recovery over the last few years, so I feel like today I might get a little help and in turn, you the listener might also receive exactly what you need.
Get out your patched jean jacket, because it's time to dive deep into the mind of an old school thrash guitarist...Ladies and gentlemen, it's Tim Tymo.

Giant Walker - Halcion
I fell in love with this band a few years ago, having heard of them through their management and label. They are from the UK, .... Newcastle to be exact... Their last album is a constant banger, called All In Good Time. The sound is groovy, the tonality of her voice sublime, and well.... they just frickin' rule. One of my favorite modern rock bands. This track, Halcion, is the newest release coming to us just last week, so we get a really early run at it.
Definitely recommend them. Amazing stuff.

THIS WEEK IS NATIONAL FORGIVENESS WEEK.
It’s a week that helps transform personal grievances into personal growth and greater emotional freedom. I'd like to talk about that with you. What have you forgiven yourself for?
