A confident person

No one is perfect. Yet, a person of low self-esteemholds on to imperfections, covering everything else with an enlarged version ofthese imperfections, and negate any possibilities for the future. Filled in his mind are the echoes of “I can’t”, “I would ruin it”.

One has to be clear that all these perceptions are based on illusions. They are nothing but labels one strikes on oneself. This is like observing the world through colored lens, not able to see reality. Whenever this intention surges up, do not follow it. Instead, one needs to stop to watch it, and to reveal its illusionary nature calmly.

To cherish what one already has and to be comfortable with what fits one, this is good enough. A confident person doesn’t have to be better than others in everything. Instead, he knows himself and accepts himself accordingly.

One would be in fear of shadows if one’s inner sunlight has not shone forth. Therefore, one is encouraged to initiate a good heart, to do good deeds, to understand and care about others in everyday life. Slowly, one’s self-centered mind would open up.

自信的人

每个人身心上都有不圆满的地方，

自卑的人会紧紧执著这些地方，

放大它，屏蔽其他的东西，

否定未来的可能性，

内心充满了“我不行”、“我会把事情办糟”等声音。

要看清楚，这些念头都是建立在虚幻的想象之上的，

是自己给自己贴的标签，犹如有色眼镜，

让我们看不到真实的情况。

每当这种念头生起来的时候，

不要跟着它跑，而要停下来看着它，

冷静地认识它的妄想本质。

珍惜自己已有的、安于适合自己的，就最好。

自信的人并不是样样都强过别人，

而是能够如理认识自己、接受自己。

心的阳光没有开发出来，就会害怕阴影。

平时多发好心、做好事，多用心去理解、关怀他人，

慢慢打开只关注自己的心胸。
