What area in your life do you feel like you are wanting to stay in your comfort zone? In today's episode of the Mom Inspired Show, I am going to be talking about how it's so important to push yourself to feel uncomfortable. Many times we convince ourselves that being comfortable feels the best. But if you could really think about what you are giving up by being comfortable? If you are choosing to be comfortable and sleeping in each day when you know deep down you want to get up before the kids and have quiet time so that you feel like you can be ahead of the day instead of behind. Maybe you are watching Netflix for a few hours a day and you know that if you could give up one of those hours and workout that you would feel so much better.
