In Honor of Earth Day, I wanted to feel into the energy of Mother Earth and share her wisdom. This magnificent planet, often referred to as Mother Earth, is a source of inspiration for all humanity. From her breathtaking landscapes, her facilitation of the connection between humans and nature, her support of life and her teachings to all. Now more than ever she calls to us to connect with her. Learn from and with her as we continue this journey. We may practice techniques of connection through grounding, earthing, forest bathing, and even star gazing.
