Our cocktail of the week is the Two Shores Golden Mojito:
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Limes
- 6 Mint leaves
- 60ml Two Shores Single Malt Finish
- 1 teaspoon of Golden Demerara Sugar
- Soda water splash
METHOD
- Grab a highball glass and muddle two cut-up limes and about 6 leaves of mint.
- Add 1 teaspoon of golden demerara sugar or light brown sugar and crush it with your muddler
- Add the 60ml Two Shores Single Malt Finish Rum
- Stir to mix everything, and then add crushed ice and a splash of soda water.
- Add more crushed ice if needed.
