What are your "Quality World" pictures? What do you value, enjoy, love and aspire to have? All the things we care about and want are in our Quality World. But, if what is in our Quality World does not match what is in the Real World we feel some discomfort or emotional pain.
What "Quality World" pictures do you have about the major areas of life: Romantic partner, family, friends, career/school, finances, leisure/hobbies and health.
Is there a gap between what you want (Quality World) and what you have (Real World)? How does it feel to recognize that there is a gap? Sadness, anxiety, stress, depression, loneliness, anger?
What are you doing to bridge the gap? Is it successful?
