David Young spent years in his 20s and 30s feeling unfulfilled and disconnected from his work at various corporations. He spent his days stuck in a cubicle, counting down the minutes until he could go home and daydreaming about what else he might do. He knew he was capable of so much more than what he was doing.
After realizing that he was "comfortably unhappy" in a job, something clicked that told him he needed to make a change. He started investing in self-development and coaching programs to find alignment between his work and his natural strengths and instincts.
At this time he also started opening up and sharing his struggles and story publicly, mostly on LinkedIn with the business community. This eventually led to David building an authentic following and becoming a career, mindset and content creation coach.
Now David's mission is to help others gets unstuck and find purpose and fulfillment based on his own experience. He aims to help those he sees as "a previous version of himself".
David is also the host of "The Real You Podcast", a podcast about finding your full potential and becoming the truest version of yourself.
