In this episode, I will be sharing with you how to be happy.
Everything has reason, purpose, and solution. If things get heated up, don’t engage in arguments. Be rational, slowly calm yourself.
If you find yourself amid conflict, fighting with others is not a rational thing. Believe me, everything will be alright, you just need to deal with it moderately. An effective way to deal with rough and frustrating situations is by dealing it using your head over your heart and with a cool mind.
When you encounter difficult people and situations, don’t resolve into arguing. Things can be solved if you calmly work it out.
