Olena moved from Kyiv to the USA nine years ago when the war started with Russia, and she has been actively supporting Ukraine since that time. Living in Sarasota, Florida, she organizes rallies and fundraisers as a Ukrainian Community Activist in the area to aid Ukraine and assist Ukrainian refugees in the USA with translation services, obtaining their documentation, and providing cultural events. Our Guest is also the Deputy Director of the Nonprofit Organization helping refugees known as USA Danube International Company. Alongside her humanitarian work, Olena owns an upscale hair salon and day spa in downtown Sarasota, providing job opportunities for local Ukrainians. Her commitment to making a difference through her skills and experiences is evident in her work and activism.
