A 57-year old female patient, Dx with Hashimotos, has felt/been sick for 12+ years. Hx of mold illness, heavy metal toxicity, extreme fatigue, anxiety, vision problems, difficulty thinking, can’t lose weight.
The patient has a clean DF/GF diet; has done AIP in past. No alcohol, limited caffeine. Eats very clean diet, loads of vegetables and plant matter. Beverages mostly water. Limited red meat. Snacks on nuts.
