When we think about stress we often think about anxiety as well. It sounds so simple when people tell you to get rid of stress, but how can we go about doing this in our busy lives?
In this episode I interview Dr. Shelley Davis. Dr. Shelley is a holistic chiropractor and she focuses on the mind body connection. The connection between your mind and body is profound and one that simple cannot be ignored. We hold trauma, anxiety, depression in our body and it can often show up as tight muscles and disease states. It is important to use nutrition, exercise and mindset to de-stress.
