Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and heals through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. In today's episode, I bring you Reiki Master Peggy Gaines, RN and BSN. She shares a personal family story that transformed her life when one of her children fell very ill. Instead of letting that cause her depression, she took that experience.
