What you're about to hear is an unscripted, in-the-moment coaching session with a real person who feels stuck or unfulfilled in their life and wants to change, but they don't know how.

In this episode, we hear from Rachel, a recent retiree who finds herself drifting through her new-found spare time. Rachel recently finished a long and successful career as a head teacher where she doubled the size of her school and enjoyed the push and pull of a full and varied workplace. And, as you will hear in this episode, the ‘freedom’ of retirement has left Rachel feeling a bit ‘all a sea’; drifting from day to day with no direction.

Which, as someone who is used to a lot of structure, this can be a very uncomfortable place to be.

During this expert coaching session, Sue and Rachel work through the various challenges that a lack of consistency is creating for Rachel and they work towards creating a self-managed plan that can be implemented to give back that much-needed daily framework.

There’s even a great exercise where Sue makes Rachel move into different positions in order to change her physiology which positively effects her psychology… if you have never heard about the benefits of imaginary waterskiing this is the episode for you!
