Barbara Stewart (author of the Caregiver's Guidebook) was thrust into a caregiving situation when her husband was diagnosed with end stage liver failure. On her journey as a caregiver she realized that there wasn't a guide or easily accessible information on how to be a caregiver. She turned her journey into gathering information to help others, and released the Guidebook. The purpose is to nurture your loved one and yourself physically and emotionally as you navigate the healthcare system.
