Tara Wosiski is an artist, author and art educator. She teaches mindfulness to children and adults, and creates large scale community artworks designed to produce experiences of awe. She received her MAT through the University of The Arts and was trained to teach mindfulness through the Center for Resilience. She is deeply connected to nature and loves learning about the brain.
