As an advocate of Workplace Autism Assessments, I had faith that the completion of one would give me the reasonable adjustments I needed in work to reduce anxiety.
Unfortunately, I have been left more anxious and at a breaking point. The assessment is so vital for people with Autism, that if they are not done correctly or with the individual in mind, it can have the opposite desired effect, especially in my case...
