In this episode, we talk about the perinatal period of babies and how that involves not only the health of the little ones but also the mental health of the moms and dads who take care of them. Working on a holistic approach to perinatal mental health ensures the overall health of the parents, which in turn nurtures the overall health of the babies as well. We also talk about the importance of offering support to dads, who are not often asked how they are doing and coping during this milestone in their lives.
