In conversation with our moderator Ms. Nishma Dhungana Choudhary and expert Mr. Bharat Gautum, Clinical Psychologist, TPO Nepal; this episode brings to light the dire situation of marginalized communities at the moment and the kind of mental health impacts caused by the pandemic. Our expert also gives advice and counseling on how to deal with stress and anxiety in various situations that may arise during the pandemic.
