Today I'm talking to Laura Peery of The Steele Group Sotheby's International Realty in Richmond, Virginia.
Before she became a realtor, Laura worked a behavioral health counselor helping individuals and active duty military veterans get their lives back on track. Laura faced her own challenges her first year in real estate from coming out of a divorce to actually being hit by a car, which caused Traumatic Brain Injury and all that comes with it. Listening to her story she talks about how she faced head on everything that came her way. How she used what she learned from working with veterans with PTSD and all of their challenges and applied it to her life and and her career. All of this and she still quickly rose ot a top real estate agent in her market.
