Today I’m talking to Miranda Cady in Orlando, Florida with Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Miranda isn’t just a real estate agent, she’s also globally known as American Abstract Artist M.L. Cady, and is internationally recognized for her vibrantly colored paintings.
It’s her love for art, design, excellence and national and global connectivity that differentiate Miranda not only in what she brings to the table but in her ability to produce results.
Miranda is not only well within the top 100 in all of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, her average sale price is $1,200,000 in her market where the average sale price is $340,000 and the highest average sale price held by a brokerage is $600,000.
Miranda’s passion is art, business, connectivity and contribution to her community. Realizing her talent and resources for real estate, she also saw a path to her goal of creating and connecting as a renowned artist globally.
