In this episode, I’m sharing the details of one of the worst CEO hires I’ve ever made (and it’s a true story!). We’ll talk about some red flags I should have seen up front and why this particular hire was a nightmare of a leader — someone who lasted far longer than he should have and almost brought one of my companies to the ground. We’ll also talk about the importance of being teachable, why leaders and entrepreneurs should always be in a state of growth, and what the one common trait is that I see in most bad hires.
