Overview: The need to shift to working from home came without notice for many organizations. This unpredictable turn led many employers to pivot to a virtual workforce at the start of the pandemic, and most that shifted are still managing a virtual or hybrid workforce. From higher productivity to increased work-life integration, some organizations have reaped positive outcomes in spite of this unplanned shift.
