After becoming a high-school valedictorian, Donato was 1 of 3 Biology Majors in the US to receive the prestigious Department of Defense SMART Scholarship. He went on to become a Boise State Magna Cum Laude graduate while volunteering in South Africa & studying wildlife ecology in Western Montana.
During the Covid-19 shutdowns, he found real estate investing which led to his first wholesaling company and now 176 residential and commercial multi-family rental units owned all by age 23.
In 2021, he met Drew McCluskey and together they founded BrightInvestor - a real estate data visualization platform designed to help real estate investors buy with confidence anywhere in the US..
