Do you really have bad posture? What even is posture? DocJen and Dr. Dom break down the misconceptions around posture and unveil the truths around how posture is dynamic rather than a static hold. With an overarching emphasis on the act of moving frequently, they preach the message that the "best" posture is the next posture.
