We look at Eckhart Tolle, serotonin, over consumption of 24/7 news cycles and whether the happiest people are those who escape the addiction of wall to wall bulletins. Especially if they get out and get in the Ocean.

We are attempting to take our own advice to take breaks from the mind numbing effects of social media and building on the many reasons to be cheerful rather than fearful.
