Michael Ashford is a builder, a communicator and a strategist. Since 2012 he has dedicated himself to living a healthy, active lifestyle. In July 2016, he became a certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT), further enhancing his dedication to fitness and health. He wants to pass his love of fitness and health on to his kids. He wants to give other fathers ideas for how to remain fit and active themselves and use that lifestyle to stay involved in their kids’ lives.
