Paul and Simon have spent a long career taking humans apart and burying mates for Queen and Country. Now they have embarked upon a monumental task to try and put people back together. The Journey starts with the Head-Up charity and a little bit of an undertaking - 191 marathons in 218 days.
Starting with the 3,000-mile Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge followed by an epic quadrathlon, climbing Mont Blanc, cycling to Calais, rowing the Channel to Dover and running Dover to London. All while ensuring Simon doesn't end up in a Chinese prison.
