Today, John Casmon of Casmon Capital Group and host of the Multifamily Insights podcast explains the three C's of personal growth (Confidence, Credibility and Connections). He also discusses his role as an investing mentor and his stepmother who provided a major early influence on his entrepreneurial career. He likes this strip of the country because it does not exhibit the wild swings in prices that are often seen in many areas like Las Vegas, NV or San Francisco, CA. Places like Florence, KY and Louisville, KY are perfect because they fit his criteria for population and job growth while being close enough to his Cincinnati home to be drivable.
