Hello Courageous Creatives. Welcome to the 1st episode of the Annagail Lynes Podcast. I am your host Annagail Lynes. If you are creative--whether it be a songwriter, novelist, actor, painter, whatever your creative outlet is--and you suffer from depression, anxiety and/or panic disorder, this is the place for you. I will be taking you on my journey of being a novelist and painter and suffering from depression and an anxiety/panic disorder. Eventually, I would love to share your stories about your journey and struggles as well. In the meantime, I am going to tell you who I am and my story and take you with me as I embark on a year of doing what I fear--whether it be taking driving lessons to become a better driver, speaking in front of large crowds, marketing and putting myself and my work out there or doing this podcast.
