This is the first of another four-part series, and in this first interview "Liz" opens up about why she sought psychotherapy in the first place, why she had resisted doing so previously, and what helped her overcome that resistance. She also shares her biggest game-changer: shifting her focus from trying to prevent anxiety from occurring to welcoming it as an opportunity to practice her coping techniques.
