Episode 98 of the Steelers Sanctuary Podcast is out. This week we are joined by friend of the pod Nick Farabaugh of Steelers Now. We start the pod out talking about the Steelers free agent acquisitions. Nick shares our theory that this team got better at some positions, but weakened themselves at others.
Next it’s on to a deep dive on the Steelers upcoming draft. We take a look at this team’s potential draft strategy. It seems as if the Steelers are comfortable with taking the best player available in round one despite obvious a dire need at center. This is a risky proposition given they have no center currently on the roster.
We spend the rest of the pod breaking down the various positions of need, and what players might fit those needs in the draft. We cover tackles, corners, wide receivers, as well as the rest of the relevant positions.
