After 15 years in the Network Marketing industry, Dale started seeing that very few people were actually becoming successful and making a full-time income from it and decided to walk away from the industry.
During that time away, Dale did a lot of research and studied over 200 companies, and saw that it all was in how the compensation plan was created.
