Renewing Your Mind from Procrastinating!

This week we are moving onto Tip #3 of 8 Tips to help you “Reframe Your Mind and Thinking.”
Trauma can cause so many negative effects on your life and procrastinating is one of them. Today I want you to know that you can overcome procrastinating with a simple step.
For years I lived in such a negative thought pattern. I had adapted beliefs that have taken a lot of work to undo. The problem is that unless you get the truth you don’t know if what you think upon is true or false. You think because it’s in your mind that it’s truth. But when you begin to uncover truth, you realize you lived in a pit of lies and wrong thinking for so many years. My trauma caused me to be a procrastinator. But when I uncovered this one thing in my life all of that changed. I am now a doer and not a procrastinator. Take a listen to see if this is why you have issues with procrastination.
