Today's guest, Jessica Timmerman, is a military mental health advocate and sister of Zachary Brown, a soldier who lost his life to suicide. Jessica shares her story of losing her brother Zachary to suicide while he was stationed in Germany. She discusses the warning signs she saw in the months leading up to his death and the gaps she saw in the support provided by the military. Jessica also shares advice for those who have lost someone to suicide and ways for others to help prevent suicide.
