Having just completed Season 2, we find ourselves acknowledging how seasons show up in our lives. Moving from one impermanent weather pattern to another, we utilize grounding practices to remain steady.
We continue to be challenged by life's curve balls and are so grateful for the structure practice provides during turbulent times. We are equally grateful for the calm moments when we get to cultivate the discipline of practice. We hope you have gleaned some benefit from the practices we've shared so far, as we move into yet another season.
This episode is a casual conversation about gratitude. We have so much for which to be grateful, we felt compelled to start our mini-inter-season with the appreciation and thankfulness that resides deep within us.
