I found my next guest in a Facebook conversation where he asked if anyone wanted to talk to a former Detective and S.W.A.T. Team Breacher on a podcast. I leapt at the chance, thinking of all the possible stories he could share from his days on the force. The conversation we had was far different than I had expected - full of laughter and powerful messages about emotions and how to be a better human.
Justin Atherton is a former Detective and SWAT Team breacher who now helps men to achieve peak performance and regain their edge and excel in all areas of life - mentally, emotionally and physically. Basically he helps to unchain the confidence locked inside.
