Greetings to our dedicated listeners of the restore your health podcast, I’m your host Laronda, this week we will discuss practical ways to help with self-care, what foods benefit the immune system, and bone health. Let me start by stating all content shared on the show is for educational and informational purposes only, not meant to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease. I’d like to start with a little inspiration, this comes from the quote ‘ “Watch over your health like a good shepherd of the sheep with only one desire, to help fulfill their thirsty souls.” This quote refers to the emotional mindset of the human makeup. When it comes to good health you must be diligent to watch over your own well-being. To be strategic about quenching its thirst with healing words and habits. It an equivalent to faith unto salvation and putting actions with your words to make a difference. I hope this encouraged and inspired you to take your spiritual, emotional, and physical health seriously.
