This often-not-talked-about key was enlightening for me. It’s helped me see discipline in a completely different light that I feel will be life changing for many of you who take action on the brilliant notes Tobias shares. A lot of us (including myself) had it all wrong.
Tobias is an online coach who helps people transform their health & physique. He is also a published scientist, with his research focusing on how to overcome self-defeating behaviour. Tobias studied Neuroscience at the University of New South Wales, graduating with First Class Honours.
