In this episode my sunshine, Cat Parks, and I chat about so many layers of life. This episode was so much fun. About Cat Parks
Cat Parks is an American singer-songwriter, model, and content creator located in Los Angeles, CA. Upon moving to Los Angeles to further her career in music and modeling, Cat soon discovered her calling into ministry specifically helping young women battling with low self-esteem and self-worth. She is now an advocate of Self-love and an inspirational speaker. All about helping women discover their self-worth and to move forward from toxic unhealthy relationships, Cat strives to accomplish this in every workshop she hosts and facilitates in Los Angles and beyond. Cat is currently working on establishing her non profit organization, Grl Pwr LA, which seeks to help young women build a sense of community while fostering self-love and respect.
