Kila John is an author, formulator, and speaker at Good Hair Good Body® LLC focused on:
1) formulating plant- and mineral-based personal care products for sensitive skin and textured hair, and
2) teaching people about the relationship between nutrition, health, and disease. She approaches both tasks by appealing to the interest of the health-focused community in enhancing their beauty / handsomeness, and hence their health, from the inside out instead of solely relying on topical products. Her core science background includes chemistry (B.S.), human physiology (M.S.) with a minor in immunology, and medicine (M.D.). She teaches by relating science to everyday life in plain language WITHOUT offering medical advise, and formulates topical products, books and courses that help people restore homeostasis.
