"Not enough people do what they say they are going to do. Words do not mean an awful lot, it is your actions which are the key. Stop bullshitting yourself. If you want to do something, make a plan to do it, but actually, carry it out. Be accountable to yourself. So you can say to yourself. 4. Record your score over time and keep track of your performances. Derren Clarke has achieved par 18 once, can you beat him?
