On this episode, the boys had on special guest Jess Leventry! Jess is a BPN athlete and all-around endurance athlete. In 2024 she completed a marathon, hyrox, 100 miler, and did 50 miles on the Rocky steps!We discussed how she became a BPN athlete, her recent weekend at Hyrox Dallas with the BPN team, and also all these events she completed this year! We also discussed 2025 goals! What event would be tougher recovery - a 100 miler or 50 miles going up and down the Rocky steps?
