- I’m an avid exerciser who lifts 4 days per week and runs 3 days per week. I've been seeing a lot of ads for these Zero Drop shoes and that somehow they are the best shoes to wear. My physical therapist once told me I had flat feet and I've always felt pretty good in a more traditional type running shoe or trainer but about 4 weeks ago my knee began bothering and I'm wondering if the marketed benefits of Zero Drop shoes might help?
