Are you receiving love openly? Are you connecting to the stream of love all around you and within you?

This episode of INNER WORK is all about the energy of love, as well as your capacity to feel, connect to, receive, and embody that energy. We'll begin with a quick exercise to check in on your ability to give and receive self-love (we must always start here). I then talk about:

what might hinder your capacity to give and receive love
why sometimes we close our hearts off for self-protection
what happens when you carry the painful belief that you're broken, flawed, or unlovable - at your core
intimate relationships and what they teach us about ourselves
overcoming the delusion that a romantic partner can complete or fix you

Throughout the episode, I mention the book A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson.
