There’s no better way to completely reset then going into monk mode.
Hone in your target & ruthlessly eliminate ANYTHING & EVERYTHING that doesn’t help you.

Toxic friends & nights out that goes absolutely nowhere? Bin it off.
Monk mode is more about removing the clutter in your life than it is about adding some goodness into it.
