In this episode, we hear from my client Melissa, a functional nutrition practitioner, who had Hashimoto's and had been working for years to regain her health.
Melissa's symptoms included chronic fatigue, back pain, hair shedding, and digestion and sleep issues. Hear about her experience with advanced neural retraining sessions and how they helped her get her health back, even after having applied all of her nutritional knowledge and working with several holistic practitioners.
As is typical for many of my clients, subtle changes were noted during our work together first on an emotional level, then a mental/behavioral level and finally on a physical level.
A few months after sessions, Melissa's bloodwork showed that all her thyroid levels had come back into the normal range, despite being in the middle of one of the most stressful periods of their lives.
Melissa saw that as proof that the emotional work led to physiological improvements. We hadn't eradicated stress from her life, but through neural retraining sessions we had changed her habitual ways of coping with stress.
