Imagine going through life with lead weights attached to your ankles? Would make life quite a bit harder, wouldn't it? That's what we're doing when we go through life with unresolved issues, whether that be in a relationship, or trauma that you haven't fully dealt with, or any issue really.
Often times we don't realize that past trauma or issues is whats holding us back from progressing in our life, in our love, in our career and beyond. When we work to remove the thorn we take one step back to take ten steps forward.
