This enabled him to connect with his inner child and rewire his limiting beliefs to show up authentically as his true self. He explains what the true self is, how social norms and conditioning impact our potential, and why it's important to break the masks that we wear. The breaking the mask initiation is derived from a Japanese provide which states that we have 3 masks. The first one is what we show to the world.
